Pac-12 nears TV Deal, conference growth

Recently, the Wall Street Journal reported that the Pac-12 is seeking over $200 million annually for its football and basketball broadcast rights. The deal would include a commitment to launch a regional sports network at an estimated cost of $100 million, primarily from its broadcast partner.

Fox Inks Deal with Pac-12 to Air Championship Game

It didn’t take long for the Pac-12 to ink a deal for its inaugural football championship game after its exclusive negotiating window with ESPN expired in December. The newly expanded conference inked a one year $25 million deal with Fox to start off the new year.
